Peter's moteling life began in 1984 when he bought the lease of a Christchurch motel. He has been actively involved in the Industry since this time, including operating and developing motels.

Paul McKenzie
Paul's first taste of motel life began at the age of 12 when his parents owned and operated a motel in Christchurch. Paul began his career in the real estate industry in 1976 and completed his exams and qualified as an AREINZ by 1980. In 1981 he completed an MANZ motel seminar and from there moved into motel broking full time.
As part of his motel broking training Paul worked for a very successful North Island company for the first year and then set up his own motel broking business.
Paul has now worked in this industry for just over 27 years and has negotiated more than 230 successful sales during this time. This extensive experience in the industry has given Paul a unique skill at matching people`s requirements to a suitable complex.
